2. Services
League of Its Own Entertainment LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides entertainment, DJ, production, event coordination, and venue rental services.
Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Bookings and Payments
All reservations require a deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice or agreement. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Conduct
All guests, clients, and attendees are expected to follow venue and safety regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone engaging in disorderly conduct, illegal activities, or behavior that endangers others. Violations may result in removal from the premises without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to logos, mixes, videos, promotional materials, and content on our platforms, are the exclusive property of League of Its Own Entertainment LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Liability Disclaimer
League of Its Own Entertainment LLC is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, events, or third-party offerings. Injuries, property damage, or losses sustained during events or while using our facilities. Participation in any event is at your own risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless League of Its Own Entertainment LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes or claims shall be handled exclusively in Cook County, Illinois.
