I’m Marcus Spencer, CEO of League of Its Own Entertainment, and my entry into the entertainment industry began hands-on as a professional DJ, working directly in concerts, weddings, corporate events, private functions, and community activations. Being on the front lines allowed me to develop a deep, practical understanding of client needs, sound quality, lighting, staging, and the operational demands that make or break an event, from equipment selection and logistics to real-time problem solving under pressure.
